Celebrating 100 Men's Tables
In March 2023, our ExciTABLE event celebrated the launch of 100 Men’s Tables across the country, and the energy and love in the room was palpable!
Expertly MC’d by Adam Spencer, we heard from three amazing speakers including Serena O’Callaghan, Lived Experience Learning & Development Officer with Neami National; Christine Morgan, then CEO of the National Mental Health Commission; and Jim Raptis from MT26 and Concierge (North) in the Men’s Table Kitchen.
It was wonderful to have so many men from Tables, and their partners and friends, in the room to meet each other and dive deep into conversation.
Attendees were invited to share their thoughts on the night, and this was one of our favourites: “The ripple effect of The Men’s Table really surprised me and so impressive to see it happening live with all the women in the room. That was remarkable.”

Men interested in joining a Table across the country are invited to join our community by attending an Entree – our mission is to get men off the couch, into community, and talking with other men they trust about whatever they need to share – the highs and the lows. Men DO talk – and not just about footy.
