The Bayside News generously offered to run a story about the growth of Men’s Tables in their area – Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs – and how new members are being welcomed to Tables in Bondi Junction, Paddington, Surry Hills, Randwick and Coogee.
With loneliness, social isolation and male suicide all public health priorities, Men’s Table are trying to build healthier communities by connecting people together once local group at a time.
Traditional masculine norms such as
being stoic and self-reliant are not helpful or
healthy for men or their families.
